The report behind this page

In April 2025, Harrisonburg Rockingham Social Services and National Fatherhood Initiative completed a Community Needs & Assets Assessment for fathers — the local data on father absence, what community leaders said in focus groups, and the programs that exist today. This directory grew out of that work.
